Courier & Timelines

Orders are shipped via Courier
Standard delivery time: 15-20 business days after dispatch.
Custom orders have variable lead times.

Under certain circumstances, delivery may be slightly delayed. Under these circumstances the customer will be notified.

Delivery Fees 

Flat rate: R130

Free delivery for orders over R3500

Orders in particular areas may require specialised delivery rates at the time of delivery

 

Receiving Your Delivery

The courier will contact you to schedule delivery.

You must be available to receive and inspect the item.

Couriers do not assist with carrying items indoors or disposing of packaging.

Once the product leaves our premises it is no longer our responsibility.

Damaged Goods

If your item arrives visibly damaged, report it within 24–48 hours to support@bentco.co.za
Include your order number and photos of the damage.

Please keep the original packaging for your return to be considered.
