Care Instructions

How do I properly care for my Bent products? Please refer to our care and cleaning guide on how you can care for your metal products.

Orders

What if I didn't receive an order confirmation? Please check your spam folder and ensure the email address provided is correct. If you still can’t find the confirmation, please contact our customer care directly at support@bentco.co.za

Can I view my order status? After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as there is a change in the status of your order, you will be notified via email. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email support@bentco.co.za

How can I change or cancel my order? If you wish to change or cancel your already placed order, please contact our customer care directly at: support@bentco.co.za

How do I register a return? If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer care directly at: support@bentco.co.za. If the 7 return policy has not yet expired, you can return the product to us undamaged in the original packaging. Shipping costs are at the discretion of the purchaser.

What do I do with a damaged or incorrect product? If you need to report a problem with a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer care directly at support@bentco.co.za

What payments methods are accepted? We offer the following payment methods: Visa and Mastercard. We use Yoco as our payment gateway

Shipping and Delivery 

What are your estimated delivery times? We ship around South Africa only, at the moment. Our current delivery time is 10-14 business days. To confirm, please contact our customer care directly at support@bentco.co.za

What are your delivery and shipping costs? Shipping costs within South Africa amount to a flat rate of R100. Orders above R3 500 have free delivery. Delivery is done with a Courier. Orders in particular areas may require specialised delivery rates at the time of delivery.

Assembly 

Where can I find assembly instructions? The assembly instructions are available on our website. In your product manual you will receive a specialised code to allow you access to the product's assembly manual. Otherwise if you require a copy of an assembly manual, please contact our customer care directly at: support@bentco.co.za
